As Capstone Financial’s lending and investment operations expanded, their existing system—built on Dynamics 365—began to show its limitations. Processes became increasingly complex to manage, user adoption was inconsistent, and reporting capabilities were fragmented. Teams struggled with cross-departmental visibility, and administrative overhead was rising. Capstone needed a solution that could scale with their growth: agile, transparent, and easy for every team to use without extensive onboarding.
We partnered with Capstone Financial to implement a fully customized monday.com platform designed to support their entire customer and investor lifecycle. On the lending side, we digitized the full customer journey—from loan application through underwriting, compliance checks, and final disbursement. Each stage is now centralized, trackable, and streamlined within monday.com.
To simplify intake, we introduced a borrower-facing portal that enables clients to upload documentation directly—removing email bottlenecks and significantly accelerating the process.
In parallel, we built a dedicated workspace for managing Capstone Financial’s investment fund operations. The system now tracks investor records, timelines, communications, and essential documents, providing the same level of structure and transparency on the investment side of the business.
