As a Business Developer/SDR at SOLO SAP, you will become a key player in our sales team. Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and reaching out to companies in Scandinavia and internationally.
Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Documenting activities and updating the CRM system.
Contributing insights and suggestions for improving lead generation and prospecting.
Your role is central to the company’s growth and offers the opportunity to develop into more advanced positions within sales or business development.
Required:
Strong communication skills and confident in both Swedish and English.
Curious, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Comfortable with structured work and able to independently drive projects forward.
Relationship-building, persistent, and goal-oriented.
Strong interest in business processes, how companies operate, and how IT solutions can be used to create improvements and efficiency.
Merit-worthy / Preferred:
Proficiency in Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or appointment setting.
Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools.
University-level education in IT, business administration, or other relevant fields.
Experience in entrepreneurial environments where change and development are part of daily work.
